What to Expect

Join us for an authentic Ethiopian coffee ceremony led by owner Lily Fasil or her sister Aida. This ancient ritual has been passed down through generations and is central to Ethiopian culture.

  • Watch as green coffee beans are freshly prepared and brewed before your eyes
  • Breathe in the intoxicating aromas as incense fills the air
  • Experience three rounds of coffee: Abol, Tona, and Bereka
  • Enjoy traditional "Bunakurs" (snacks) alongside your coffee
  • Learn about Ethiopian coffee culture and traditions

The Three Cups

The strongest first pour. Rich, bold, and awakening.
